General Rules
- Read all the information in this board before you ask questions. It may be a lot to go through, but it's all there. If you still are unsure about anything, please feel free to ask staff.
- Follow Proboard's Terms of Service rules. We all agreed to them, now let's stick to them and respect the rules they set for us.
- Respect everyone. We want this to feel like a welcoming place to be, where everyone can feel comfortable being. Do not disrespect, bully, or otherwise be malicious towards other users - staff and non-staff alike.
- Dungeons and Dragons: Fifth Edition rules are what this site follows. We, legally speaking, do not support sharing pirated copies of books -- please access the books via legal means. Anything not in any 5e rules must be approved by staff. We allow the rule of cool. If you have specific questions, please ask staff.
- Personal Information. Please keep all personal information, like you full real name, address, etc, to yourself. Staff will never ask for information like this, and you should be careful what information you share with who.
- Optional: Discord. Elron has a Discord server to help members connect and socialize easier while out of character. Please consider joining it to get to know the community better. The server is also one of the main ways to plot with other members. Click here for an invite to the server.
- Activity. Activity checks will be held every month or two, usually during the first week of the month. OOC accounts don't need regular activity, but all character accounts do. The minimum amount of activity for all characters is one in character post every two weeks, or two in character posts per month. Posts only count for the character that posted them. Meaning, if you have two characters and post four times with Character A but none with Character B, only Character A will be considered active. If you want to keep a character from being marked as inactive, but are unable to meet the post requirement, message staff. Real life can get in the way, and we can understand. If your character is marked as inactive, they are not deleted. However, if your character is inactive for two activity checks in a row, their claim information is deleted. This means if you want to revive an inactive character who's lost their claims, you'll have to re-do their information if any claims are taken.
- Rules can change based on the needs and requests of the community. If rules do change, it'll be announced on both the site and the Discord server.
